All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking as specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier changes.
Bookings will only be confirmed after receiving payment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email).
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation before departure and supplier policies (airlines, hotels, etc.).

SSA Cloud Travels acts as an agent between you and airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, accidents, health issues, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked directly through us.
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, operational issues, or government restrictions.
Alternative arrangements will be provided where possible, but no refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore
